The Vernon Planning & Zoning Commission is beginning a comprehensive review and update of the Town’s Zoning Regulations. These regulations establish how land may be used and developed throughout Vernon, including standards for residential, commercial, and other types of development.

As the Commission begins this process, input from residents, business owners, and other members of the community will be an important part of shaping the proposed updates. Your feedback will help ensure that the regulations reflect Vernon’s community vision, local priorities, and future needs.

The survey below (which will take less than 5 minutes) will help establish goals and priorities for the Commission. We appreciate your thoughts, feedback, and questions. Thank you for participating!
