Sharing Economy Readiness Study: Non-user Survey (2022/2023)
This survey is to measure the readiness to adopt the sharing economy in Malaysia.
The sharing economy is an economic activity involving sharing or giving temporary access of goods and services between providers and users on a digital platform. Popular sharing economy platforms include Grab, Foodpanda, Lalamove, GoGet, The Lorry, Freelancing, Maideasy, Airbnb, Bateriku.com, and others.
E-commerce platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, etc) are NOT included.

This interview is ONLY for individuals aged 18 years and have never used any sharing platform services.
Participation is purely voluntary.
