This form is for members of Plane Saver, Harlowsave, Money Matters, and First Defence Finance to cast their vote on the following:
- Approval of the minutes of last year’s AGM
- The election of three new directors
- The re-election of three directors
- Adoption of the rulebook in its entirety
The form should take no more than 2–3 minutes to complete. Please ensure you enter your membership details accurately before clicking ‘Submit’ so that your votes can be counted.

Additional motions or proposals may be presented for voting during the AGM itself.
