Minnesota school districts that limit enrollment of nonresident pupils shall report to the commissioner by July 15 on the number of nonresident pupils denied admission due to the limitations on the enrollment of nonresident pupils (Minnesota Statutes, section 124D.03, subdivision 2 (b), Enrollment Options Program). Charter schools and alternative learning schools do not complete this report.
