2026 Call for Posters

Igniting Hope: Uniting Voices for a Stronger Donation & Transplantation Future

The Association for Multicultural Affairs in Transplantation (AMAT) invites researchers, professionals, students, and community partners to submit poster proposals for the 34th Annual AMAT Conference. The Poster Presentation Session offers an opportunity to showcase innovative research, emerging practices, community-driven programs, and equity-focused solutions that advance donation and transplantation and reflect the diverse voices shaping our field.
The Poster Presentation Session provides an opportunity to showcase groundbreaking studies, innovative programs, and best practices in the field.


GUIDELINES FOR PREPARING POSTERS:

Summary for posters should be no longer than 400 words. Organize the abstract/poster into four distinct sections:
  • Purpose - What was the reason for the study (hypothesis)
  • Methods - How was the investigation accomplished?
  • Results - What were the findings?
  • Conclusions - What solutions were found based on the results?

Expenses associated with the preparation, submission, and presentation of an presentation/poster are the responsibility of the presenter(s)/author(s).

Authors of accepted posters are expected to register for the AMAT 2026 Annual Conference and are responsible for costs of meeting registration and travel.
