Requester Information
Additional A/V will incur an added fee at the responsibility of the speaker. We ask that you only submit AV requests for your own session(s). Any request made by an outside source is not guaranteed and the primary speaker will be notified before the request is processed.
A response will be sent to the email address provided once the AV request has been approved. Normal response time is approximately 1 week.
