Insurance Institute of London Annual General Meeting 2026 voting form

To all members of the Insurance Institute of London: Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Insurance Institute of London will be conducted online at 12.30 pm on Monday, 28 September 2026.

We are inviting all members to vote in advance. You are now invited to vote on the following questions. The deadline for voting is Monday, 21 September 2026 at 9 am.

To attend the AGM to hear the results, register here, and we will email you the joining instructions.
1.RESOLUTION: THAT the Annual Report for 2025-2026 be considered and adopted.
A copy of the Annual Report has been uploaded to the IIL website here(Required.)
2.RESOLUTION: THAT the Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 be considered and adopted.
A copy of the abridged accounts can be found in the Annual Report on pages 22 to 23, uploaded to the IIL website here.(Required.)
3.RESOLUTION: THAT Ken Norgrove FCII, Chartered Insurer, be elected as the IIL President for the 2026-27 session.(Required.)
4.RESOLUTION: THAT Edward Grant FPFS, Chartered Financial Planner, be elected as the IIL Deputy President for the 2026-27 session.(Required.)
5.RESOLUTION: THAT Ailsa King ACII, Chartered Insurance Broker, be elected as the IIL Deputy President Designate for the 2026-27 session.(Required.)
6.RESOLUTION: THAT Netsai Mangwende Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe), be elected as the IIL Treasurer for the 2026-27 session.(Required.)
7.RESOLUTION: THAT Kimberley Hallam ACII, Chartered Insurer, be elected as a new Vice President.
8.RESOLUTION: THAT the following candidates each be elected as a Vice President on the IIL Council (you have one vote per candidate):
