MEDICINE HAT TRANSIT – North Zone (10, 11, 12) Pilot Survey_V. 2

Transit has consistently had difficulty maintaining schedule adherence on
Route 11 NW Crescent Heights. Starting on June 26th, changes were made to
both Route 10 and Route 11 to improve service and schedule adherence.
Following survey feedback, an adjustment to these routes is planned for
August 28th, to refine travel time and arrival at the Transit Terminal.

This pilot will run from August 28 to December 31. During that time, we are seeking feedback from users on your preference and experience. If the pilot is not an improvement, feedback will allow us to consider alternative changes.
