Panto For All Application - Jack & the Beanstalk 2026-2027

Thanks to the support of the RTÉ Toy Show Appeal and our own Open Doors fundraising campaign, University Concert Hall, together with Panto sponsor Specsavers Limerick, is delighted to bring back our Panto For All Campaign.

Since 2024, the initiative has allowed us to welcome more than 930 children and families to experience the joy of Panto.

We are inviting registered charities and community groups that work with children and families to apply for free tickets to Jack & the Beanstalk.

If you work with an eligible organisation and would like to apply, simply complete the form below. Please make sure you read the terms and conditions, and tell us a little about your group and why you would like to be selected to join us for this year’s Panto.

11.Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:Open to all charities and organisations supporting underserved children and families within the Midwest of Ireland, covering Clare, Limerick, and Tipperary.
Only one application per organisation/branch is permitted.

2. Group Size: Each organisation will be awarded up to a maximum of 40 tickets.

3. Supervision: Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an appropriate adult (at least one adult for every 10 children).

4. Transport Arrangements: It is the responsibility of each organisation to arrange and manage its own transport to and from the venue. University Concert Hall accepts no responsibility for transport providers, travel arrangements, delays or cancellations.

5. Pantomime Show Dates: Tickets will be awarded for a show of UCH's choosing, which may include one of the following performances, subject to availability:

- Friday 1st January 2027 @ 2pm (Relaxed Performance)
- Monday 4th January 2027 @ 2pm
- Thursday 7th January 2027 @ 6.30pm
- Friday 8th January 2027 @ 10.00am (Relaxed Performance, ISL)
- Friday 8th January 2027 @ 6.30pm

6. Attendance and Punctuality: Groups should arrive on time for their scheduled show and must adhere to the timings to ensure smooth operations. Late arrivals may not be admitted until an appropriate point in the performance.

7. Safety Compliance: All participants must comply with safety regulations and guidelines as set by UCH.

8. Behaviour: Groups are expected to ensure that children are supervised at all times.

9. Cancellations: In case of cancellations, the organisation must notify the UCH Box Office on 061 331549 / support@uch.ie at least 24 hours in advance.

10. Liability: The event organisers are not responsible for any injuries or accidents; it is advised that each group has its own insurance coverage.

11. Panel Decision: The decision of the panel is final. Representatives from University Concert Hall, Specsavers Limerick, and an independent panel member will make the final decisions on beneficiaries.

12. No Exchange: Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash value, or other UCH events.

Deadlines:
Applications will close on Friday 23rd October 2026. Successful applicants will be notified by 13th November 2026.
