The Baraboo Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for awards to be given during the Annual Dinner on January 25 at the Baraboo Arts Center. The deadline to return this form is December 15.
The categories for 2023 include:
Business of the Year: Presented to a member that has demonstrated the ability to overcome adversity, has grown during its existence, and contributes to the community and the Chamber.
Tourism Award: Presented to a member business, organization or individual that makes outstanding contributions to our local thriving tourist industry.
Community Service Award: Recognizes a member business or individual that demonstrates considerable support of service organizations, projects and activities in the Baraboo Area, or works to improve the lives of clients or customers through results-driven programming.
Rising Star Award: Honors an "up and coming" member business or individual that has shown a commitment to the work of the Chamber and the betterment of our community.
Please nominate businesses or individuals (Chamber members only) that meet or exceed the criteria listed above during this past year. Support your nomination with reasons why you feel this person and/or company is deserving of an award. Don't limit yourself to one nomination! We encourage you to nominate in multiple categories. We appreciate your thought and consideration!
