Member Intake Form 2022-23

We are excited to start Supper Club again- and are looking forward to fun and delicious dinners throughout the year.  We have planned three menus- with an optional one for the summer (PNNC goes on hiatus during the summer months but your group can gather if you'd like).
 
For those who are new to Supper Club: our Supper Club board members curate a themed menu of appetizers, mains dishes, and desserts- with beverage pairing suggestions that each dining group will prepare and eat together.  Each dining group will assign dish(es) or components to each couple or member in the group.  Then the group gets together one evening to finalize the meal preparations and dine together.  There will be different hosts each meeting with your group.
 
Please have your surveys submitted by September 23 to allow time to coordinate the different dining groups.  Once the groups are formed you can pinpoint an exact date if the one listed does not work within your group.  We like to keep them in the general timeframe so all Supper Clubs are experiencing the dinners around the same time.

While we understand that not every group can meet on the same date- we hope that each group can establish a date within the general time-frame as the noted dates.  We chose these dates based on community, school, and holiday calendars.  These dates are all Saturdays.

* 7. Hosting is an essential (and fun!) part of Supper Club, but we know it's not feasible for all.  Please note if you are absolutely unable to host a group of eight (including yourself), if you can host more people, or if you are willing to host two times in your group.
