This survey plays a critical role in building a clear and accurate picture of pay for engineers and technical professionals working across local government in Victoria.
Importantly, the data collected will directly support our work in the Victorian Local Government Multi-Employer Bargaining process, ensuring we are equipped with strong, evidence-based insights to advocate for improved outcomes. It will also form a preliminary dataset for our upcoming National Local Government Remuneration Report, which we will be developing later this year.
For this report to be a useful tool we need as many engineers and professionals working in local government to complete this survey so we strongly encourage you and your colleagues to take part. You do not have to be a Professionals Australia member to take part.
