Call of Interest: CIMA's Inbound Mission with EMEE

This May, CIMA will organize an inbound trade mission of Music Export Offices from Europe. The European Music Exporters Exchange (EMEE) is a non-profit association made up of 35 national and regional Music Export Offices from 29 countries with its registered office based in Brussels. EMEE helps to provide funding, capacity building and training, business to business advice, international networking, business support programs and more.

CIMA will partner with EMEE on this custom trade mission to connect European music export offices from Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Ukraine, Ireland, Lithuania, Germany, France and more with Canada’s music industry through targeted one on one meetings, speed meetings, networking events, information sessions, on site office and venue visits, and more.

The event will begin in Toronto where participants will have the chance to meet with professionals from every facet of the music industry through a welcome event followed by two days of B2B meetings and more with Canadian sellers and buyers.

CIMA and EMEE will then travel with the delegation to Montreal to connect with similar members of the industry through on-site visits, targeted meetings, info sessions and more.

We’re looking for CIMA members, specifically labels, managers, publishers, sync, promoters, venue owners, agents etc, who are looking to further establish and build relationships with other European countries. Note that this event is strictly invite-only and filling out the form below does not guarantee participation.
