BoardStrong advances the effectiveness and integrity of nonprofit organizations by strengthening board leadership, governance, and oversight. We support boards through high-quality education, practical tools, and the cultivation of diverse and committed board leadership.

PROGRAM:

Dates: Five Thursdays in October and November

October 15: The Working Partnership fo the CEO and Board Chair
October 29: Engaging Your Board
November 5:: Recruiting and Retaining a Diverse Board
November 12: Board Fundraising
November 19: Effective Board Committees and Leadership Succession Planning

Two sessions to be scheduled after the start:

CEO only open discussion
Board Chair only open discussion

Time: 5:00 - 7:00 pm ET

Location: Virtual.

Tuition: $1000. Tuition payment must be made in full by the first day of the program.
