The Jewish Community Alliance (JCA) of Northeastern PA, City of Wilkes-Barre, and Kingston Borough are developing a Master Site Development Plan for the revitalization of the West Side Parks (Kirby, Kirby Natural Area, Nesbitt, Riverbend). The combined 300-acres of parkland are located along the northwest banks of the Susquehanna River.
Please share your thoughts and ideas for the parks' future in this survey. Your responses will help create a vision for the future of these parks. The survey should only take 5-10 minutes.
This survey will be available from February 10, 2025 until June 30, 2025. Survey responses are not identified by name and your responses will be anonymous. All responses will be compiled and be part of the final West Side Parks Master Site Development Plan.
