Bull Domingo Ranch Gate Project Feedback Survey

We appreciate your feedback. This survey is intended to provide a forum for property owners to share their input regarding Bull Domingo Ranch, including potential gate upgrades or installations throughout the community. The board is interested in hearing from the community before it sets the 26/27 budget, which may include costs related to the gate project.

Note: THIS IS NOT A VOTE. All costs associated with each option are ESTIMATES. You can review the gate committee presentation posted to the BDR website at Meeting Agendas & Presentations - Bull Domingo Ranch Property Owners' Association, where the budget approval process for any possible gate improvements is outlined.

Response times for emergency services both coming in and first responders leaving the community could be impacted

It detracts from the mountain ranching community I thought I bought into

It is impossible to gate the entire community and gate codes are given out freely, negating the purpose of the gates
