Help Shape Training Opportunities for Military Members at Shilo
Assiniboine College, in partnership with the Shilo Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC), is working to explore new education and training opportunities that support the professional, personal, and career development needs of military members, veterans and reservists.
As part of this work, we are conducting a Military Training Needs Assessment to better understand the types of training, delivery formats, and supports that would be most relevant and accessible to serving members. Your input will help inform the development of responsive programs that align with operational realities, career progression, and life-long learning goals.
