This registration form is for primary care Behavioral Health Clinicians (BHC) who want to participate in the BHC Community of Practice in 2023. Please note that this group is only for practicing primary care BHCs. 

The EARLY BIRD price for the entire year is $675 per BHC and includes 11 monthly group trainings (live and recorded), tailored tools and resources, and 60 minutes of one-on-one consultation time with Dr. Bethany Higa. 

At the end of registration, you will have the option to pay via credit card or we will send you an invoice.
