Community Give Back Day - Appointment Request Form

Saturday, November 7th, 8 a.m.- 12 p.m., by appointment, for all military veterans at both Pensacola A/C & Auto Service Center locations. One free oil change per veteran with valid ID. Tire rotation not included, as with paid oil changes. Other repair services are not available that day. We will contact you with your exact time slot/location, subject to availability. Service Scope Acknowledgment

I understand that the free Veterans Day service includes only an oil and filter change. No vehicle inspection, diagnostic testing, or evaluation of other concerns will be performed. If the team notices an obvious, major safety concern while completing the oil change, they will bring it to my attention. This service does not confirm that my vehicle is safe or free of other issues.

If I have additional concerns, I understand that I must schedule a follow-up testing appointment during regular business hours. I acknowledge that Pensacola A/C & Auto Service Center is not responsible for identifying or reporting concerns outside the scope of this oil and filter change during the free event.
