Message from EFC President
Dear Colleagues,
You are invited to register for the forthcoming EFC Ordinary General Assembly (GA), which will take place online on 27 May 2026 from 18:00–19:00 CEST. Official meeting notice together with the agenda: here
All member societies are welcome to have multiple representatives attend the GA meeting. However, voting rights are restricted to the designated voting representative of each member society. This is usually the President, CEO, or equivalent senior officer, unless the EFC Secretariat has been informed otherwise. If a proxy is required, a completed proxy form must be submitted to the EFC Secretariat no later than 15 May 2026.
To facilitate a smooth and timely GA, advance online voting will be conducted for the following Executive Officer positions (2026–2030 term):
- President-Elect
- Secretary General
- Treasurer
Each member society will cast one vote per position, with the appropriate voting weight applied according to your membership size. Details of all candidates are available on the EFC website, with direct links provided within the voting platform.
The results of the advance voting will be presented during the GA for formal approval.
We kindly ask that all votes are submitted no later than 15 May 2026.
