*The awards are organised and managed by the Collectively Camberley Business Improvement District (BID). The BID do not take responsibility for any third party information used to advertise or promote their business or services through the awards process.
*Only businesses within the Business Improvement District Area highlighted on the Collectively Camberley Website will be eligible for votes. Businesses outside of this area will not be included.
*The BID maintain the right to withdraw or discount votes where it is considered true or obvious that a venue or service may have been voted for in the wrong category or the voting criteria has not been met.
*All public voting will be completed through the online survey process with all votes counted and verified by a neighbouring Business Improvement District.
*Duplicate votes from the same email address in any single category will not be counted.
*All panel voting, where applicable, will be undertaken by a panel of impartial individuals that will be assembled by The BID.
* All announced results are final and there are no appeal processes.
