The Many Faces audience is made up of experienced professionals in the fields of community health, clinical care, public health, and health policy. Please ensure that your abstract and presentation dive deep into innovations, practical solutions, evidence-based practices, quantifiable results, and key findings.
We are especially interested in presentations that focus on Maternal Health, Health Care Workforce, Clinical Best Practices, and Creative Solutions to Current Issues.

Please keep in mind that this is not the place for a “community health 101” presentation.

Presentation Title-
The title should clearly describe what your abstract is about, but also be interesting enough to encourage target audience to want to learn more. Your title will help conference attendees decide if they want to attend your talk.
*Please be aware that we may need to alter the title of your presentation to adhere with federal guidelines.

Describe how your topic contributes to one or more of the conference objectives. Supporting data and specific cited resources are appreciated.

Conference Objectives:
  1. Describe the impact of policy changes on safety net providers and populations in Minnesota, and their effect on access, quality, and reimbursement.
  2. Identify strategies and resources to help adapt to the challenges of operating within our changing environment.
  3. Recognize the role safety net providers and community organizations play in promoting health, preventing and managing chronic disease, and ensuring access.
  4. Showcase a variety of interventions to improve health.
