Introduction

Primary care plays a critical role in supporting communities during emergencies. Whether responding to pandemics, extreme weather events, infrastructure outages or other disruptions, being prepared helps ensure services can continue when they are needed most.

EMPHN invites you to complete this short survey to share your experiences and perspectives on emergency preparedness.
