The BCC Emerging Leader Programme supports young professionals and those considering a career transition at key stages of their development. Through structured one-to-one mentoring, participants gain guidance from experienced professionals with practical experience and insights. If you are interested in joining as a mentor or mentee, please complete the questionnaire below. This pilot programme is exclusively open to BCC members.
