2025 HTM Workforce & Hospital Survey (State of HTM)

This survey, conducted by AAMI in conjunction with TechNation, is designed to gather meaningful data about the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) field. Your input will help us better understand today’s HTM workforce, hospital departments, and emerging trends such in AI implementation, workload, compensation, and professional engagement. By participating, you are contributing valuable insights that will help strengthen the HTM profession and inform future initiatives. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
