IMPORTANT - RACE PASS REQUIREMENT

As you may be aware, we are affiliated with British Triathlon Federation (BTF). We require this for insurance and maintaining the required standards for our events. This year, BTF, have put in place a new process, whereby, every competitor now requires a ‘race pass’. We cannot stress enough the importance of every competitor purchasing a race pass in order that they are insured and can compete. Anyone that arrives on the day without a race pass will not be able to compete.

All participants purchasing a Race Pass need to create an account. If you have an existing account, you will need to ensure you are not logged in to the British Triathlon website before beginning the process. You will then need to follow the steps below.

  • Click on Buy Race Pass beneath the correct race name
  • Click on Create Free Account
  • For children under 16, create the account with the child’s details and the parent’s email address
  • Purchase the Race Pass and make a note of the number

The cost of an adult Race Pass is £8 and a children and young person’s Race Pass is £2.
