Air Canada Youth “Taste of Place” Entrepreneur Showcase Contest in Edmonton! Air Canada, in partnership with the Culinary Tourism Alliance, invites applications for the 2026 Air Canada Youth “Taste of Place” Entrepreneur Showcase Contest. This national contest is designed to highlight and celebrate emerging Canadian entrepreneurs (ages 19–30) who operate outstanding culinary or agritourism businesses rooted in “taste of place.” Two winners will be selected to present at the 2026 Taste of Place Summit, June 15 & 16, 2026, in Edmonton, Alberta, in a fireside chat moderated by Air Canada titled “How My Taste of Place Business Took Flight.” This initiative aims to elevate young leaders who are strengthening Canada’s food and drink identity, championing local ingredients, and delivering meaningful impact in their communities.
