Thank you for completing our impact survey. The purpose of this survey is to determine the impact we are having on all of our community members: athletes, guides, and donors. We are also seeking feedback on the quality of the programming that we provide, so that we can improve.
This survey is anonymous, and data will only be used at an aggregate level in order to compare the Achilles experience across our community.
