Greetings,From 2023-2025, Hotep Consultants (HC) conducted an Equitable Outcomes Assessment at Sacramento City College, Cosumnes River College, American River College, and Folsom Lake College to better understand the environment, climate, and overall experiences of LRCCD employees and students.
As a culminating activity of this partnership, HC will facilitate professional development workshops that all employees across the district are welcome to engage in.
Three distinct experiences have been developed for Student Services and Support Professionals, Instructional Faculty, and Administrators. Each session will be offered twice to provide multiple opportunities for participation.
