Introduction

Thank you for your interest in becoming a mentor for the Lancaster Chamber’s Discovering Paths Mentoring Program! Discovering Paths supports high school juniors as they explore careers and plan their next steps.

To get started, please complete this application and upload your clearances. Once applications are submitted, we will review a mentor-mentee matches over the summer and let you know if you are paired. You will hear from us by mid-August.

Before applying, please review the program expectations to make sure you can commit to the 10 monthly sessions from August to April.

Mentors spend at least 45 hours participating throughout the school year.

Meet & Greets are a key part of the program. You will attend one based on your student’s school. Dates are listed below—please check your availability.

If selected, you’ll complete registration, which costs $160.

If you have questions, contact Maya Fenner at mfenner@lancasterchamber.com.
