2026 Community Safety and Well-Being Survey

Introduction

If you live in Stratford, St. Marys, North Perth, West Perth, Perth East, or Perth South, we want to hear from you.

Residents are invited to take part in the Community Safety and Well-Being Survey and share your thoughts on what helps people feel safe, connected, and supported in their community.

The Community Safety and Well-Being (CSWB) Plan focuses on building a community where everyone feels safe, belongs, and has access to the services and supports they need. This includes supports related to education, health care, food, housing, income, and social and cultural well-being.

Why we’re asking:

This survey is part of the efforts to inform the direction and activities of the CSWB Plan. We need to hear from you about the current state of safety and well-being so that we can work together to focus on local actions to improve the quality of life for everyone.

What we are collecting:

We are collecting your opinions and feedback on Community Safety and Well-Being as well as some demographic information.

How we will use the information:

We will use your feedback to improve Community Safety and Well-Being efforts across Stratford, St.Marys, North Perth, West Perth, Perth East and Perth South.

Before you answer any open‑ended question (please read):

In any question where you can write your answer in your own words, please do not include personal or identifying information, such as:

your name, address, phone number, email, date of birth
names of workers, family members, landlords, doctors, or other people
You can share what happened and what would help—just keep it general so your privacy is protected.

Length of time for survey and other information:

It will take about 15 minutes to complete the survey. Your participation in the survey is voluntary and you can choose not to answer any question or withdraw from the survey at any time simply by stopping the survey.
