This survey is being conducted as part of reentry initiatives to better understand employer hiring practices related to individuals with justice-involved backgrounds. The information collected will help identify challenges, effective strategies, and support needs in hiring and retaining qualified talent from this population.

Employer feedback will be used to inform the development of tools, resources, and workforce supports designed to assist employers with recruitment, training, retention, and risk mitigation.

Participation is voluntary. All responses will be kept confidential. The survey should take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete.
