Construction Career Days will grant scholarships (one-time lump sum distribution) to graduating high school seniors, or students earning a GED who have a genuine interest in the transportation field (engineering, construction management, or technical skills). Two different types of scholarship are available: the Vocational / Apprenticeship Scholarship and the College Scholarship. The total number of scholarships will be announced later. Notes to the Applicant
1. The judging and selection of winners will be made by the Construction Career Days Scholarship Committee. Judging criteria are listed below.
2. The scholarships will be paid directly to the winners.
3. The announcement of all scholarship recipients will be made in May 2026.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Be a high school senior, or students earning a GED graduating by the end of the 2025/2026 school year.
Attend the Construction Career Days event.
Be a citizen of the United States at the time of the application.
Complete the 3-page application. Use “n/a” if the box is not applicable.
Provide a certified high school transcript or equivalent.
Provide three (3) Letters of Recommendation, describing your character and/or work ethics.
Complete Essay (should be 500 words or less), sign and date the application.
