Call for Presenters

AASPA is seeking presenters on essential topics relating to AI in PK-12 School Human Resources. Ideas for sessions include AI Recruitment, AI for HR Operations, Legal Implication of AI, Ethical AI Hiring, AI Training Programs, Lessons Learned from Piloting AI and more! The submission deadline is March 15, 2026 Any questions contact Alexis Krist at alexis@aaspa.org or 913-327-1222.

Please note, businesses/consulting firms are not eligible to present at AASPA's smaller meetings. However, you may participate in the event as a sponsor. Please email Sandy Wachter at sandy@aaspa.org for sponsorship opportunities.

* 10. Equipment Acknowledgement
I understand AASPA will provide a projector, screen and basic Wi-Fi access. Microphones will be available only in rooms that AASPA determines are large enough to require amplification. AASPA does not provide computers or laptops. Any additional equipment required for the presentation is the responsibility of the presenter.

I acknowledge that this event serves HR leaders working in PK–12 education. I certify that my session will not include or demonstrate the use of personally identifiable information (PII), confidential student or employee records or sensitive organizational data in a manner that violates FERPA, HIPAA, employment law or other applicable privacy regulations. Any AI tools, datasets or demonstrations will use anonymized or simulated data only.
