Emerging Leaders
is a professional development program that provides training and practical experiences in Personal Leadership Development, Team/Interpersonal Relations, and Community Relations. There are six tracks/monthly sessions & virtual check-ins consisting of:
• Orientation
• Leadership Qualities, Traits, and Skills
• Emotional Intelligence
• Ethical Behavior
• Organizational Leadership and Management
• Community Relations & Capstone

Tuition
for Leadership Aurora is $1,000.00 per participant and is due December 15th. Partial scholarships (up to 1/2 of the tuition) are available for some non-profits and small businesses.
Scholarships are only available to Chamber Members.
Cancellation and Refund Policy (must notify the Program Director in writing)
1. Full refund of tuition paid if cancellation is on or before December 15th.
2. 50% refund of tuition paid if cancellation is between December 16th-31st.
3. No refunds after January 1st.
