Project Overview Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSWPHN) wants to understand how people access healthcare after hours. After-hours means: 
<ul>
<li>Weekdays: after 6:00pm and before 8:00am</li>
<li>Saturdays: after 12:00pm</li>
<li>Sundays and public holidays</li>
</ul>
We know it can sometimes be hard to get care when your GP is closed. This survey will help us: 
<ul>
<li>Understand what people do when they need care after-hours</li>
<li>Learn what is working well</li>
<li>Find out what makes it hard to get care</li>
</ul>
This survey is anonymous and takes about 5 minutes.
