Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSWPHN) wants to understand how people access healthcare after hours.

After-hours means:
  • Weekdays: after 6:00pm and before 8:00am
  • Saturdays: after 12:00pm
  • Sundays and public holidays
We know it can sometimes be hard to get care when your GP is closed.

This survey will help us:
  • Understand what people do when they need care after-hours
  • Learn what is working well
  • Find out what makes it hard to get care
