Canoe Trip with Bishop Gruss Registration Form

6th - 12th grade youth (and chaperones) are invited to join Bishop Gruss for canoeing, food, fun, and a Eucharistic Procession. Finish the day with 5:00 PM Vigil Mass at Sacred Heart Church in Gladwin.

Date: Saturday, August 8, 2026

Time: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Location: Cedar River Outfitters & Sacred Heart Church, Gladwin

Details: Meet at 1097 Chappel Dam Road, Gladwin (near Chappel Dam Grocery & Sport) to canoe to the Gladwin City Park for lunch, followed by the Eucharistic Procession to Sacred Heart Church for Mass at 5:00 p.m.

Supervised by: Taylor Piotrzkowski and adult volunteers

Transportation: Provide your own

Cost: $35 per person ($5 livery fee if you bring your own canoe or kayak)
