Regional and Remote Music Summit - SA Travel Bursary EOI Survey

MusicSA is offering travel bursaries to help South Australian music industry workers get to the Regional and Remote Music Summit in Berrin/Mount Gambier, 28–30 October 2026.

Funded through CreateSA and Music Australia, bursaries are available to music industry representatives working and living in regional South Australia, with individual amounts ranging from $1,000 to $2,500 depending on how far you're travelling from. Adelaide metro applicants can also apply if they can demonstrate regional engagement. Bursaries can go towards travel, accommodation and other costs associated with attending the summit.

Expressions of interest are open now and will close once the bursary fund is exhausted, so apply early if you'd like to be considered.

I'm applying purely as an individual artist or arts worker, with no connection to a business

I'm applying as an individual, but my music industry activity is through a small independent business I personally own or co-own (no full-time employees other than myself, and the business does not receive recurrent operational funding)

2.Are you a South Australian artist or arts worker (e.g. musician, manager, agent, promoter, or other music industry professional) who lives or works regionally or remotely?(Required.)

3.Do you declare your commitment to attending the Regional & Remote Music Summit, even if your expenses exceed the amount being oﬀered through this Fund?(Required.)

4.Do you understand that, if successful, you will be required to provide documented evidence prior to and following the summit that illustrate your attendance, and that failure to provide this evidence may result in the return of your allocated funding?(Required.)

Evidence could be a letter from an RSL, local council, Music Australia, Country Arts SA, or from a reputable business you've worked with (e.g. a venue or studio), or a copy of promotional material such as an EDM showing your tour dates and locations."(Required.)
