Across the UP, parents are struggling to find childcare. Other childcare challenges include affordability and reliability as some childcare programs have had to close on-and-off during the pandemic. This greatly impacts employers as they struggle to find talent.

To better understand this issue, we need your help! This survey asks you, the employer, to share how childcare challenges have affected you. It is okay if you don't have all of the information to answer these questions -- we still need your input in order to truly understand the scope and scale of this issue across the UP.

Thank you for your time and attention!

This survey is part of an effort to collect data by partners across the Upper Peninsula, led by the Great Start to Quality Resource Centers, Great Start Collaboratives, Lead and Grow, and Upper Peninsula Michigan Works!
