This award is presented to a Master Plumbers member employee who goes above and beyond (formally or informally) and demonstrates a variety of skills including leadership, innovation focus, integrity, and a passion for helping fellow employees and their business succeed.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Nominator must be the employer of the nominee.
- Nominee must have made a significant contribution to the plumbing industry.
- Nominee must work in a Master Plumbers member business as one of the following: operations manager, HR, marketing, reception, office administration.
- Nominee must reside in Victoria.
- Nominee must be available for interview by the judging panel and for media and promotions related to the awards.
- Nominee agrees to the use of their image and name for media and promotions related to the awards.
- Nominee should be available to attend the awards evening on Friday 28 August 2026 where the winner will be announced.
