This survey seeks member views on proposed changes to International Valuation Standards (IVS) (effective 31 January 2028), including the recently issued red-line versions and IVSC consultation questions (please refer to
IVS Exposure Draft Consultation (2026))
The survey is intended to complement the IVSC consultation by gathering evidence on matters of particular relevance to RICS members and to inform:
- RICS’ response to the IVSC consultation; and
- the development of the next edition of the RICS Red Book Global Standards.
Responses will be treated in confidence and may be used in anonymised form.
This survey will close on 13 March 2026.
