Only Civil Society Organizations are eligible to apply under this call for proposals. To be considered eligible, the lead applicant must meet all eligibility criteria in full; eligibility requirements cannot be met cumulatively or fulfilled through co-implementing partners. Each organization, including INGOs, may submit only one application under this Call for Proposals, either as a lead applicant or as a co-implementing partner

The requirements below will be verified in the application form.

* 1. Does your organization have expertise and experience in implementing projects with a specific and primary focus on ending violence against women and girls of at least five years in the last ten years?

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. for new organizations that have been in existence for less time) three years of history may be accepted.

* 2. Is your organization proposing to implement an initiative in one, or up to a maximum of ten, of the countries and/or territories listed in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development Assistance Committee (OECD DAC) list of official development assistance (ODA) recipients?

* 3. Does your organization have certified annual financial statements for the previous three fiscal years (2022,2023, 2024)?

A certified financial statement is one that has been reviewed, approved and signed by the person authorized to sign financial documents for the organization. This can be someone from within the organization or an outside firm, as delegated to sign as the designated official of the organization. This may include an internally prepared document, such as an Excel sheet, as long as it is signed by the designated official authorized by the organization.

* 4. Does your organization have a minimum average organizational budget of US$ 50,000 (based on the average of the past three years)?

The organizational budget refers to the applicant organization’s total annual budget, including all income and expenses related to running the organization, regardless of the funding source.
