Please complete your application and keep your responses succinct. Additionally, you must upload the supporting documents listed below for the application to be considered complete. Applications submitted past the deadline of November 1, 2024 or missing any information will not be considered. Learn more information on the role of the ACEND Student Representative.

- Letter of Interest - Please address the following statements in your Letter of Interest
- Describe what interests you about serving as a Student Representative for the ACEND Board.
- Describe your experience or interest in accreditation.
- Letter of recommendation from a program director/faculty member
