APH Customer Satisfaction Feedback
Thank you for sharing your feedback about APH products through our Customer Satisfaction Survey. This survey is conducted to collect APH performance data as required by the federal Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA). Satisfaction ratings will be summarized and shared with the U.S. Department of Education. All responses will remain confidential, no individual feedback will be submitted.
After each satisfaction question, there is an option to tell us why you chose that rating. The final question is an opportunity to share additional comments about your experiences with APH products and services. A summarized version of these responses may be used to help us continue to provide quality materials and improve product development.
