Expression of Interest as an expert reviewer for the I4C26 Organized Expert Review of the IPCC SR Cities Second Order Draft

The GCoM Secretariat and UN-Habitat, as co-hosts of the 2026 Innovate4Cities Conference (I4C26), in partnership with ICLEI and JRC, are pleased to facilitate an in-person Organized Expert Review for the Second Order Draft (SOD) of the IPCC SR Cities hosted at I4C26 in Nairobi, Kenya, taking place on 21-24 June 2026.

The Second Order Draft (SOD) review is where the draft is reviewed by both experts and governments for accuracy, scientific substance, and policy relevance.

The GCoM Secretariat and UN-Habitat particularly invite city networks and other organizations/individuals not currently planning any other expert reviews for the SOD - whether individual or organized - to join the I4C26 Organized Expert Review. To learn more visit our website.

IMPORTANT: You MUST register with this form AND on the IPCC website by 3 June in order to be accredited as an expert reviewer, have access to the SOD, and participate in the in-person workshop.
This form does not represent official expert reviewer accreditation from the IPCC.
