The City of St. John’s is pleased to announce that the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), is offering Mental Health First Aid Essentials Training for local businesses. These sessions are free of charge.
This training is designed to build the knowledge and skills needed to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health challenges and crises. Successful participants will receive a Mental Health First Aid Essentials Certificate from CMHA upon completion of the training.
Participants will be able to attend a full day in-person session.
Please complete the online registration form by March 28, 2026. We encourage you to register early. As space is limited (maximum of 25 participants), we kindly ask that only one participant from each business attend.
