Community Listening Sessions: Interest Survey

First 5 Contra Costa is partnering with ASR consultants to plan a series of Community Listening Sessions to hear directly from parents, caregivers, early childhood providers, and community members.

These sessions will provide an opportunity to learn more about First 5 Contra Costa's upcoming plans, including shifts in the existing family resource centers it supports, and share your thoughts, questions, and perspectives on what is most important for young children and families in our community.

ASR will facilitate the sessions and provide an opportunity for participants to openly and candidly share their perspectives on First 5 Contra Costa’s upcoming plans.

This brief survey will help us understand community interest and plan the sessions. This is not a registration form, and no identifying information will be collected.

Please note the following:

Space is limited for the in-person sessions. Attendance will be first come, first admitted.
Audio Recording: All sessions, both virtual and in person, will be audio recorded. By attending a session, you are consenting to be audio recorded.
