Planners are at the forefront of some of the most pressing challenges of our time, especially the national housing crisis. Challenges and Opportunities are rapidly evolving, and the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) is committed to providing planning professionals with the most up-to-date insights and information on housing development at both the local and national levels.

This benchmarking survey will directly inform the development of a new National Planning Community of Practice on Housing, and a series of online learning modules and resources funded in part by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). With a few minutes of your time, you will help identify the education and resources needed to tackle housing-related challenges in your work.
