1.The present Study aims to identify the leading companies and investors in the capital markets of Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Mexico and Peru in sustainability and responsible investment.

Your opinion is crucial for nominating the best, and we understand that your time is valuable.

Therefore, we have made efforts to make it easy for you to provide your opinion quickly and simply.

BEFORE VOTING - IMPORTANT NOTICE:

1. To vote, you must first select a country to participate (Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Mexico, and Peru).

2. Votes cast for an organization you belong to or work for will not be considered. This is to prevent internal campaigns that could skew the results of the Study (Example: a member of company "xx" voting for company "xx").

3. Votes from personal email accounts (Gmail, Yahoo, among others) will not be considered. Only votes submitted from corporate and/or institutional email accounts will be accepted.

4. In this XIII Edition of ALAS20, the Leading Company in Investor Relations Category is temporarily suspended until the next edition, due to a methodological update process.

ABOUT THE ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS

1. In the Company Categories, the following are eligible for nomination: Publicly listed issuers that are part of the following stock market indices in each country as of May 6th, 2026:

IBOVESPA – Brazil
S&P IPSA – Chile
MSCI COLCAP – Colombia
IBEX 35 – Spain
S&P BMV IPC – Mexico
S&P BVL Peru General – Peru

2. In the Investor Category, the following are eligible for nomination: Asset Managers and Asset Owners that are Signatories of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) as of April 26th, 2026.
