Volunteers are vital to the success of our annual conference, providing the support and services that help attendees fully engage in the experience. The primary role of a conference volunteer is to help attendees feel welcomed, supported, and connected throughout the event. Volunteer responsibilities may include assisting with registration, scanning for continuing education (CE) credits, welcoming exhibitors and sponsors, moderating live-streamed sessions, capturing photos and videos, and directing attendees to conference locations. The Conference Planning Committee is seeking volunteers who bring a friendly, welcoming presence and can help foster a meaningful connection between attendees and AASECT.

Volunteering offers a unique opportunity to give back to the AASECT community while being part of the exciting programming we have planned. As a thank-you for your service, selected volunteers will receive complimentary conference registration.

AASECT is committed to creating and sustaining an inclusive and welcoming environment at our events. We strongly encourage members from underrepresented and marginalized communities to apply. We especially welcome volunteers who are bilingual in English and Spanish.

I was not a volunteer at the 2025 AASECT Annual Conference, nor was I a volunteer at 2 previous AASECT Annual Conferences.

I agree to be responsible for my own lodging and travel expenses.

I will be onsite to support the conference from 6/4/2026 (2:00pm AT) through 6/7/2026 (12:00pm AT).
